The frying from Good Food is a pan made in Partnership with the brand TOWER. The pan is 28cm in size with taller sides which helps make it more usable in my opinion. The pan feels very sturdy and well made with a lovely polished finished on the outer side and non stick coating on the inner side. It has a nice balanced weight to it which makes for good handling and control.
I like this pan particularly for it's practicality with it being compatible with pretty much all types of hobs but also oven safe too, it really makes it versatile for longer term use. I like that the base is triple plated with aluminium in the centre helping to spread and retain heat more effectively. Thanks to the pans higher sides i've been able to use it dishes with gravy/sauces which has been a game changer as my older pan had lower side walls.
I feel the pan is built with long term use and robustness in mind, providing it is handled with care and bedded in properly like you would any non-stick pan it has the ability to last a long time. I feel the price is justified here because it's such a quality and well thought out product offering excellent value for money.
