Much depends on your facial bones of course, but these specs stay on the bridge of my nose (even in hot, sweaty weather) and relieve me of constantly pushing my glasses back up.
They aren’t heavy at all, and do not press on that cartilage bit of one’s upper ear, as many previous reading spectacles have done.
(One unlooked-for bonus is that they sit at exactly the right spot on my nose which permits me to look over the top at something farther away, out if the window say, and no longer give myself that ghastly woozy feeling in the head when one accidentally does that through the lenses of one’s reading glasses! That is a great relief indeed)
I chose the transparent frame so my reading would no longer be blighted by a tortoiseshell distraction in front of me, and it was a wise decision: it’s like everything has been opened wider, more clearly. I’m just amazed it took me so long.
I think these glasses look really good on, too. Very snazzy design with the contrasting tortoiseshell arms.
In short I am delighted with the purchase and thoroughly recommend the quality, value, and fitness for purpose.
