These bars are packed with energy and a decent dollop of protein. They taste good, the consistency in the mouth is fairly dry but passable. The main drawer for me is the steady supply of energy they provide. I use just before a 30 mile off road mountain bike ride where they power me along consistently or every 25 miles on a longer trip. They are the best I have found, no side effects on the digestive system and I notice the difference if I skip them.
Ingredients: Rolled OATS (22,4%), brown rice syrup, SOY rice crispies (SOY protein isolate, rice flour, BARLEY malt extract), roasted SOYbeans, tapioca syrup, cane syrup, ALMONDS (4,1%), unsweetened chocolate (4,1%), SOY flour, chicory root fibre, fat-reduced cocoa powder (3,0%), high oleic sunflower oil, natural flavourings, sea salt, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.
