If your wanting a conditioner to wake up your senses then this is the conditioner for you as the mint within really does tingle your whole head to the point it can seem like it is on fire. So on that latter note use sparingly when near your scalp and do not do what I did by adding a large amount to the front of my head first. I have long hair so used quite a few pumps with this conditioner as it doesn't lather and was quite difficult to spread through my hair but once covered and feeling like there was a disco going ontop of my scalp I let it sit under a shower cap before washing off. Now I have used this brand before with their detangling spray in the same fragrance, so I knew what I was in for but if your more sensitive to mint you may find this is too powerful. To which I may suggest you water it down if you are to use and apply to your hair only but avoid your scalp. I suffer in the summer badly from a very itchy inflamed scalp and find for me peppermint actually soothes it, so I feel for me this is a good conditioner for the summer and something I would buy again coupled with their shampoo if they have the same fragrance. I will note after drying and styling my hair was super soft with a lovely soft minty smell
