    Having poorly knees that have prevented me walking any great distance for several months I bought 2 of these supports. I have found them to be an enormous help and they have enabled me to walk several miles without having to either pull them up or down as I have done when wearing elasticated ones. You do have to make sure that the straps have been pulled tight enough to give appropriate support but if adjusted properly they do stay in place providing stability to the knee and I have found them to be just the thing to help me.

My wrist measures 21cm in circumference, at the widest point but, this support was not long enough for the Velcro to reach for fastening unless the support was pulled far too tight. Will probably work well for people with a smaller wrist but, useless to me.

    I wish i could give this additional fractional stars--The only reason why i didn't give it perfect marks is because on my big ol' swollen knee, the supportive strap that goes just behind the joint scratched annoyingly at my skin with the hard velcro. Don't have a big knee? No problem. This is a great compression and support device that keeps everything right where it needs to be so you can move around with more confidence and less pain.

    je l'avais acheté pour protéger mon coude quand je suis sur internet devant l'ordi, car je plie souvent mon bras gauche qui s'irrite et fait mal, mais ce système n'est pas valable car pas assez épais, blesse le pli du coude (rougeur) et ne peut se mettre sur ou sous un pull, j'ai trouvé un autre système, petite trousse rectangulaire que j'ai rempli avec cette coudière et d'autres articles.
